David Brownell is sole proprietor and has lived in Tucson for the past 37 years. After graduating Sahuarita High School with two years Industrial Arts including building theory and operations instruction he has worked part time with his family's owned construction business.  Brownell Construction is a general contracting company that has built and remodeled homes through all fazes of construction since 1975.  For over 30 years he has continued his education through various training programs and hands on experience.  David has always maintained the highest certifications one could achieve in his field, he is a graduate from the AMERICAN HOME INSPECTORS TRAINING INSTITUTE (AHIT), attends continuous training courses each year, and is a licensed, certified Home Inspector in the state of Arizona.
